You will serve as the primary Change Healthcare relationship and sales contact for clients in your territory. It is important to:

  • Have strong industry knowledge and experience
  • Understand the business processes and drivers for large Providers
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with C-Suite and other levels
    support the client toward making their objectives
  • Understand and communicate the benefits of Change offerings
  • Be knowledgeable of competitive strengths and weaknesses

  • Retain and grow your territory business and relationship with Change Healthcare
  • Lead Change Healthcare Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, Finance, Training, and/or Support at your clients.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s Degree in business or related field preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role, with emphasis on client accounts within healthcare revenue cycle management
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive customer account experience
  • At least 5 years of experience with healthcare revenue-cycle management
  • Strong contracts, pricing negotiation experience

How much should I expect to travel?

  • Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25%-50% of the time depending on COVID travel restrictions / Current State: We are visiting some clients.
  • Territory: West Coast (CA/AZ) We will consider candidate based out NV, WA, ID, OR as well
  • You can be based out of within 1 hour of major airport
