Position:

As the Revenue Cycle Client Manager (RCM) you will manage all aspects of the business relationship with the customer while ensuring that all appropriate resources are available and utilized effectively/efficiently to maximize overall business management services and corporate profitability.  You will also develop and maintain positive client relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure client requests are handled appropriately (i.e. within time and budget) while balancing client needs with company profitability. Will also have authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and client, either from a financial or services/product standpoint.  In addition, you will also monitor revenue cycle services and be responsible for analyzing the billing effectiveness/cash flow and making recommendations to increase productivity and profitability. 


Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform business relationship tasks in support of client (producing and delivering reports, leading client meetings etc.)
  • Monitor, analyze and report revenue cycle trends and insights into improvement opportunities
  • Partner with RCM Operations team to ensure SLAs are met/exceeded
  • Set and manage client expectations on ongoing basis
  • Lead two direct reports (assistant client manager and analyst) to support you and the client

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in physician revenue cycle management operations or client facing role
  • 4-year degree in finance/business or related field or equivalent experience
  • In depth knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management and/or extensive experience within imaging, ideally radiology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of revenue cycle management best practices
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • RCM analytical skills, high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Radiology experience
  • Imagine RCM system experience

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

  • General office demands

Travel:

  • 0-10% for offsite client meetings, conferences, and training sessions.

New York and New Jersey Residents Only: The salary range for New York City, NY and Westchester County, NY is  $79,350 - $153,600. The salary range for Ithaca, NY is $69,000 - $128,000. The salary range for Jersey City, NJ is $82,800 - $153,600.
