Policy & Procedures Oversight Analyst


Overview of Position
The Policy & Procedures Oversight analyst will be primarily responsible for the creation of policies and procedures and ensure alignment with client contract requirements, compliance and regulatory, and communicate to stakeholders.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Review, create, maintain, and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for Member Engagement
  • Coordinate with stakeholders review of SOP (communication, documenting acceptance, facilitating discussion) Partner with Customer Success and other stakeholders to communicate and understand their process impacts to Operations
  • Review contract to create, maintain and implement needed SOP and ensure alignment with client requirements and compliant to SLA expectations.
  • Partner with Customer Success to understand impact of contract changes and proactively address
  • Manage schedule of updating P & P/SOP based on changes/annual review
  • Annual compilation and analysis of contracts / SLA impacts to ME
  • Owning the source of truth for current and historical P & P /SOP
  • Maintenance of Shared Workspace for review and access of P & P/SOP

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Associate Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in the health care services industry
  • 2+ years of experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • 2+ years of Change Management and / or project management experience
  • Ability to analyze difficult problems and develop solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to make presentations to audiences of varying levels and backgrounds
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain understanding of changes in health care market, State and Federal regulations. Strong organizational skills, effectively communicate in writing
  • Ability to analyze and interpret rule changes, regulatory guidance, and technical procedures
