Patient Service Representative

Overview of Position

  • Taking 50-55 inbound calls daily and assisting our client patient base with their billing inquiries
  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls for the General Physician patient base for their billing inquiries in an ACD call center.
  • Outbound calls from voicemails

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Years of experience: 0-3
  • Education: High School graduate
  • Physical requirements: N/A


What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?

  • Problem solving and listening skills.
  • Basic math
  • Microsoft office
  • bi-lingual a plus

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Prior customer service experience
  • knowledge of medical billing
