Revenue Cycle Operations Supervisor
Overview of Position
Responsible for managing the Revenue Cycle Outsourcing and onshore teams. Providing day to day operational support on financial reconciliation. Assist Payment Manager by providing updates on daily workflow, overseeing payment pathways, and reporting needs to ensure TAT. Regular monitoring of holding accounts and research variance clearance.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Perform operational management duties as needed
Supervise team members
Identify any issues or trends and bring them to the attention of management team
Work on special projects as assigned
Other duties as assigned
What are the requirements needed for this position?
Required: High School Diploma and equivalent experience
3+ years data revenue cycle experience
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
4-year degree preferred
Knowledge of revenue cycle management / business operations
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
General office demands
How much should I expect to travel?
Minimal to none
