What will I be responsible for in this job? (brief summary of the role)
The Process Specialist is responsible for support for the Incident Management practice. They will evaluate the effectiveness of process and offer suggestions for improvement. Responsibilities include optimizing operations processes to ensure efficiency and best services to customers, driving value with maintenance of xMatters tool.
- Drive the adherence to Enterprise Contact & Escalation tool policy (currently xMatters). Oversee the approval and distribution of licenses, ensure individuals licenses are needed for daily job, ensure teams have proper on-call and escalation set up correctly.
- Conduct periodic audits and quality assurance of IRT and MIM team to ensure SOP and Policy is being followed.Identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop metrics to track and measure MIM practices. Also, create BU specific metrics for review.
