Position: As a Functional Process Advisor, you are responsible for managing the Revenue Cycle Outsourcing business including financial outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and Identify issues/trends associated with Functional Output for inventory assigned to Vendor. (Leverage BI/TA reports to track production/QA outputs in relation to expectation and/or operational need)
  • Oversee performance and contract compliance. 
  • Facilitate problem resolution between Vendor and Operational KPI’s related to independents departments and the Business Office.
  • Strategically coordinate with Vendor to address operational deficiencies.
  • Coordinate and track action plans with Vendor accountability for operational deficiencies.
  • Perform Revenue Cycle Management duties as needed

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience in Revenue Cycle Management
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • For remote roles, a dedicated workspace and strong internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel and web based Business Intelligence Data sources;
  • Global Offshore communication experience;
  • Success in managing an accountability matrix
