What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Utilize internal reporting data base systems to determine trends and patterns regarding client performance compared to benchmarks.  
  • Provide analytic summaries to client management team on a routine and ad-hoc basis.    
  • Responsible for data mining and business analytics.
  • Coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure client requests are handled appropriately and timely.
  • Collaborate with client management team to maximize performance relative to client relationship, client satisfaction, desired survey results and client/business financial performance indicators. 

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Years of experience: 3+ Years related experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Knowledge ofhealthcare, practice management and professional billing systems.
  • Data mining and analytics experience.
  • High proficiency in Excel - pivot tables, vlookup, etc.
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and client needs.
