Position:

The Human Resources Director will be a key member of ClaimsXten Portfolio People Solutions team ensuring the success of the employee experience life cycle in this newly formed organization of 400 employees with planned growth. This exciting opportunity will allow you to roll up your sleeves and create processes and programs that span across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, transfers, retention, performance management, engagement surveys, and off boarding). Based on business needs, there may be a contract recruiter reporting to this role.



Core Responsibilities:

  • Build out the People Solutions processes in the areas of Compensation and Total Rewards, Performance Management and Development, HR operations, and business partnership.
  • Oversee vendor/broker/partner relationships, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, retirement, and related systems, etc.

Total Rewards and Compensation

  • In partnership with People Solutions Vice President, drive the strategic execution of the company's compensation, and benefits/wellness programs, while seeking opportunities to improve our processes, scale with the business and provide a better team member experience
  • Help oversee the administration, delivery and support of employee benefits programs and related procedures to ensure successful adoption and compliance with all applicable laws
  • Be the trusted advisor to leadership on all compensation decisions and strategy (must be able to influence and drive decisions at executive leadership levels). 
  • Lead the development, implementation and administration of all compensation programs (including merit cycles and equity) and guide management on compensation related decisions and benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with a high level of influence across functional leadership groups to ensure compensation plans (sales compensation and annual bonus plans) and policies and programs are developed and communicated effectively to leadership and employees.

Performance Management and Development

  • In partnership with People Solutions Vice President, develop talent management strategy which align to business goals and strategy plans.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Maintain an up to date and in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities in partnership with People Solutions VP.

Operations:

  • Support implementation of core HR systems such as Workday and Learning Management System
  • Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's talent management system.
  • Partner with People Solutions colleagues and cross-functional team members to create and deploy scalable processes to deliver exceptional experiences throughout the employee lifecycle and support the organization's growth
  • In partnership with the VP People Solutions, maintain HR project plans and support system implementations and integration
  • Partner with employees and management to communicate various People Solutions policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations
  • Ensure all Company related administrative forms, reports, processes, and audits are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with relevant local, state, federal and provincial regulations for Benefits, HR Recordkeeping and audits and compliance

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of progressively complex HR leadership experience within a rapidly growing organization; 5-7 years in compensation and benefits
  • Knowledge and experience with employee relations, investigation process, responding to employee concerns, disputes
  • Knowledge of US Federal, State and Local regulations as they pertain to employment practices and compliance
  • Experience with implementation of core HR technologies, specifically Workday
  • Experience leveraging HR metrics and data to facilitate, influence and drive people and business decisions
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute on tactical necessities—no task is too large or too small; Ability to manage complex projects across multiple departments; Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to influence business partners at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required, advanced degree preferred
  • PHR, GPHR, or SPHR Certification a plus
  • Strong people developer that fosters trust, extends empathy and provides transparency; able to negotiate through conflict and maintain constructive working relationships with people at all levels of the organization; sound judgment and decision-making; ability to work with complex data structures, analyze data and provide recommendations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Advanced proficiency in Excel required
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal; Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to be transparent and direct

The ClaimsXten Portfolio business is based in King of Prussia, PA so occasional office work is required, but primary location is working from home.

New York and New Jersey Residents Only: The salary range for New York City, NY and Westchester County, NY is $101,315 - $196,440.The salary range for Ithaca, NY is $88,100– $163,700.The salary range for Jersey City, NJ is $105,720 – $196,440.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Change Healthcare offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The base pay range for this position is $83,254.50 - $206,262.00
