Overview of Position
Performs a variety of clerical duties, including mailing paper claims, attachments, processing special claims for states with specific requirements, backing up Chart Swap exceptions, insurance returned mail, and a myriad of other clerical activities that can't be handled offshore. May assist with sorting and prepping correspondence, eobs, charts, or other records. Must be local to Jacksonville, FL as this role will work onsite in the Jacksonville, FL Regus space.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Handles clerical duties as assigned by management
- Collects information for specified report formats
- Preparing and sorting email
- Proofreading and completing forms and checking for accuracy, answering telephones and simple typing
- Other duties as assigned by management
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- Must be local to Jacksonville, FL
- Entry level position
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of general clerical functions
- Ability to meet position productivity standards
- Attention to detail
