Outreach Supervisor

Overview of Position
This position is responsible for meeting production goals while developing and implementing new strategies to ensure goals are continually met. Effectively manage internal resources and teams, identify issues and obstacles and implement resolutions to meet timelines and deliverables.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Facilitates effective individual and team performance by providing continuous feedback

  • Identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs.

  • Communicating job expectations which include monitoring, forecasting and enforcing policies and procedures.

  • Takes ownership of assignments, special projects, pilot programs; other duties as assigned or requested.

  • Must maintain understanding of changes in health care market, State and Federal regulations.

  • Meet production/quality quotas.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • AA in Business or related field or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible supervisory/management experience including responsibilities in production driven environments, reporting, and project management.

  • Health care or related field including supervisory,

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability analyze difficult problems and develop feasible and effective solutions.

  • Proven track record of driving operational performance outcomes, including production targets and customer goals.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to make presentations to audiences of varying levels and backgrounds.

  • Mentoring and coaching employees by providing open and honest feedback that results in enhanced performance outcomes
