What will I be responsible for in this job?
Provides project management leadership for large customer facing projects as well as strategic internal projects. Includes technology projects to reduce support tech debt, transformation projects to align Change Healthcare with world class customer support and process improvement projects to provide savings to organization. Responsible for successful project management outcomes utilizing standard project management methodologies.
What are the requirements?
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in project management
- Experience with complex, large-scale projects preferred
- Ability to lead multiple projects at a time
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant experience
Critical skills required
- Solid understanding of Project Management processes and tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Passion to lead projects to successful outcomes by managing stakeholder expectations, risks, and schedule
- Highly organized, achieving outcomes in deadline driven environment
- Experience in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint
Skills/experience would be helpful to have
- PMP Certification
- Experience managing healthcare operations or technology projects
- Six Sigma Greenbelt training
How much should I expect to travel?
- Minimal travel expected
New York and New Jersey Residents Only: The salary range for New York City, NY and Westchester County, NY is $86,480 - $150,360.The salary range for Ithaca, NY is $75,200– $125,300.The salary range for Jersey City, NJ is $90,240 – $150,360.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Change Healthcare offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
