Sales Executive- Healthcare Technology

OVERVIEW

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying opportunities and creating sales strategies to secure targeted revenue and market penetration goals within the Hospital space.  The primary function is to execute, design, develop, and deploy a sales strategy in collaboration with the Area Vice President that will increase revenue and gain net new customers across the segment.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Identifying opportunities to sell solutions into net new and existing customers.                                                                                                       
  • Conducting sales presentations                                                              
  • Collaborating with generalists to coordinate efforts in identifying leads.                                                                                                  
  • Maintaining deep understanding of solution set                                                  
  • Meet and/or exceed all assigned quotas and all performance benchmarks related to the InterQual Product.                                                  
  • Create & maintain a strategic sales plan for the existing customer base and new Hospital market segments consistent with the InterQual Strategic plan.                                                                                                  
  • Develop and enhance relationships internally and externally to drive adoption of the InterQual Products.
  •  Assist AVP in identifying, forecasting and planning to exceed InterQual assigned revenue targets.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Knowledge
  • 8+ years of hospital technology sales experience
  • Experience prospecting new business opportunities, new market development, retention and upselling existing clients.
  • Healthcare Technology Sales Experience in the areas of: Electronic Medical Records/EMR or Electronic Health Records/EHR, Radiology Imaging Systems, PACS/RIS, Laboratory Information Systems/LIS, Nurse/Physician Staffing Scheduling Software, CPOE, Clinical Decision Support, Cloud Based Platforms.
  • (RN) nursing with experience selling into Hospitals is a plus!
  • Demonstrated sales track record, new sales track record & proven quota performance

How much should I expect to travel?

  • Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
  • You will be required to travel 50% - Current State: We are all working virtual
  • You can be based out of within 1 hour of major airport
  • We will consider candidates based in TX, LS, AL, AR, MS, GA or FL.
