What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Supervising Team members, helping with timekeeping for hourly staff, and being a people leader and helpful resource for the employees on the Team.
• Assisting the Manager with staffing issues.

• People leader skills: managing time and attendance of Team members, helping with employee evaluations, and answering employee questions
• Healthcare billing skills
• Agility and cooperation skills

• Denials, Appeals, and
• Payer experience
• Insurance communication experience
