Overview of Position

Change Healthcare is adding multiple Production Operators to our team who will be responsible for running manufacturing equipment on the factory floor to print and mail documents. Production Operators are an integral part of Change Healthcare and are responsible for all safety, output, and quality goals related to the manufacturing of these documents.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Performs set-up and operation of the machine to support production

  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition

  • Meets and follows prescribed safety regulations

  • Closely supervised involving routine, repetitive tasks

  • Stays current on safety rules, and adherence to established operating specifications when performing production operations

  • Meets or exceeds output and quality goals as defined by management.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED and minimal experience

  • Willingness to complete a drug test and background check

  • Must be available to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?­

  • Understands basic math

  • Ability to work effectively on a team

  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management

  • Ability to work with basic computer programs.

What are the working conditions and physical requirem­ents of this job?

  • Physical requirements required for production environment

  • Availability to work 2nd shift or 3rd shift as follows: 2nd shift = Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm; 3rd shift = Monday night-Saturday morning, 10pm-6am.
