Overview of Position

Change Healthcare is adding multiple Production Operators to our team who will be responsible for running manufacturing equipment on the factory floor to print and mail statements. They are responsible for all safety, output, and quality goals related to the manufacturing of these statements.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Performs set-up and operation of the machine to support production
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
  • Meet and follow prescribed safety regulations
  • Closely supervised involving routine, repetitive tasks
  • Stay current on safety rules, and adherence to established operating specifications when performing production operations
  • Meet or exceed output and quality goals as defined by management


What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED and minimal experience
  • Willingness to complete a drug test and background check

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?­

  • Understands basic math
  • Ability to work effectively on a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management
  • Ability to work with basic computer programs
