Enterprise Architect

Overview of Position

We are looking for an individual to provide Enterprise Architecture leadership within the Systems and Process Modernization Consulting Practice.  The Enterprise Architecture - Manager will advise clients, and manage client and internal projects; Work directly with Change Healthcare consulting services Executive Team to develop their service line or focus area from a business development, staffing, and methodology perspective; Responsible for FT Service delivery ; Participate as needed, in consulting services planning and management meetings.  Post COVID, when travel is normalized, the travel for this position will be up to 80% overnight travel.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Manage client related projects and deliver consulting level deliverables
  • Work directly with staff consultants in the delivery of their services
  • Responsible for FT Service delivery
  • Client Management to include:
    • Develop/manage relationship with client project sponsors
    • Produce monthly status reports
    • Support sales process (Statement of Work (SOW), resource requests, project budget and other documents as needed)
    • Internal Meetings – participate in management meetings and company calls and meetings
    • Participate as needed, in service line or focus area business development and methodology

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • A minimum of 7+ years’ experience in Enterprise Architecture preferably with at least 3 years’ experience within a Health plan 
  • Experience with Project Management concepts and must have experience managing enterprise projects
  • Experience with best practice software development, integration, and configuration management methodologies and project management office reporting
  • Experience with multiple platforms, operating systems, RDBMS, and integrated development environments
  • Experience with relational data modeling, database design, and portal applications
  • Experience with object-oriented programming and data warehousing tools/practices
  • Working knowledge of TOGAF and UML
  • Experience developing standards and guidelines for cloud development and integrations
  • Experience with cloud native architecture and development
  • Proven expertise with modern architecture techniques
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience with Core Administrative Systems (Facets, QNXT, Amysis, Health Rules, etc.)
  • Experience with ANSI transactions and standard formats a must
  • Experience with HL7 and FHIR preferred

How much should I expect to travel?

Post COVID, when travel is normalized, the travel for this position will be up to 80% overnight travel. Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
