Position Title: Software Quality Engineering Management 2
Location: Alpharetta, GA *Can work remotely*
Use solid understanding of agile software quality assurance and processes to work across multiple agile teams. Provide leadership to team by communicating vision, strategies and objectives to employees. Participate in planning, development and testing of key features as member of the agile team. Investigate and implement new agile testing methodologies for robustness and efficiency. Administer change control process for zero defect software development. Ensure adequate product testing prior to implementation. Administer problem management process including monitoring and reporting on problem resolution. Make recommendations to superiors regarding acquisition and/or implementation of software to increase information systems efficiency. Assign work to subordinates, monitor performance, and conduct performance appraisals. Interview and make recommendations for additional staff. Utilize experience programming test cases (writing automated test case based on defined use case/requirements). Prepare and monitor budgets for each area of functional responsibility. Provide guidance for implementation of automation. Collaborate with other department managers or directors, and key stakeholders to coordinate and align objectives and ensure technology meets the requirements of the users. Work across organization to create ad hoc solutions that address proposed and perceived business requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Science, or related field of study and 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Development, Automation, Performance Testing, Cloud Implementation or any combination thereof. Employer will accept post-secondary academic coursework and/or relevant work experience which is evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree in accordance with 8 CFR § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(D).
Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:
1) people management responsibilities;
2) working across disciplines with stakeholders who have varying degrees of technical experience;
3)using quality assurance principles to diagnose, isolate, and resolve problems;
4) using project management principles to deliver project goals on schedule;
5) designing performance and scalability within assigned software development projects.

The applicable base pay for your state is listed below. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Change Healthcare offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The base pay range for this position is $124,966.00 - $252,000.00
