Title: Released Products Lifecycle Program Director
This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S.

What will I be responsible for in this job?

You will have overall responsibility for defining and managing the strategy and execution of how to manage the lifecycle of our released products in order to make sure our customers are installing and using products that meet our guidelines for quality, safety and security standards.

The role requires partnering with other leaders and senior management in a high energy, fast-paced, and dynamic matrix organization, across multiple geographies, to define and execute our guidelines, programs and action plans for which versions are used in the field and which should be retired (End of Life).  You will own the creation of an enhanced methodology aligned with the Product Development Lifecycle Processes where applicable, and create and manage high confidence program schedules with clear dependencies, critical path, and systematic methodology to communicate program status. The role requires risk management and collaboration with Marketing to create tiered and targeted messaging and processes, and scaling the program by continuously improving, identifying, and driving automation of process and workflow. You must have the ability to execute flawlessly, assess the program, and make meaningful recommendations to senior leaders. 


What are the requirements?

  • 8+ years of leadership experience in an information technology or healthcare organization including knowledge of Services operations and Quality.
  • Bachelors degree and/or diploma in business management, healthcare management, engineering, industrial engineering, information technology, education or equivalent experience. An MBA/MSc. preferred.


What critical skills are needed for this position?

  • 5-10 years of experience in the technology sector, preferably Healthcare
  • Strategic thinking – ability to create a strategy and break it down into an operational plan.
  • Independent with a strong sense for extreme ownership.
  • Drive results – strong capability to drive execution and meet defined goals in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex project objectives that are part of program.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to proactively devise and implement new processes.
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence. Excels at effectively communicating both at executive level and working group levels.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - can absorb a broad range of information and consolidate them to concrete work plans.
  • Self-sufficiency in data collection and tracking analytics data.
  • Proficient with Confluence and Smartsheet or other project management tools as Spotfire or other analytical tools

What other skills/experience would be helpful?

  • Experience leading complex cross functional initiatives
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare workflow and the continuum of care

How much should I expect to travel?

up to 20%
